香港浸信會聯會小學是一所關愛型學校，重視品格教育和活動，功課量適中，考試不淺。英文教學有特色（RWI），升中成績不俗（B1約四成多）。適合重視愉快學習、活動多元的家庭，但家長需留意荃灣校網限制，可考慮跨區插班。
校風關愛，重視品格教育，活動多，壓力不大。2012年前後老師對寫字要求嚴格，有扣分制；2017年後校長老師有愛心，強調生命教育，少考試少功課，學生愉快學習。
功課量變化明顯：2011年初小約四五樣，壓力輕鬆；2015年新校長下功課增多，假期前可超十樣；2016年後回復不多，每科一份，兩考兩評估；2020年用家指少功課多活動，但考試不淺。整體呈先增後減趨勢。
